Warranty Information*

Custom PCs : All DST computers carry a 1 year parts and 3 year labor warranty*. This is an in-shop warranty and does not include any on-site service. System warranties are a limited hardware warranty. Desert Sky Technology will replace or repair defective hardware during the period of the warranty. After the parts warranty has expired, the customer pays only for parts if the labor warranty is still in effect. Limitations include but are not limited to: damage caused by the user, damage caused by electrical surges or lightning, acts of nature such as flooding or tornados, acts of war, addition of additional components by the customer, and problems arising from customer loaded software. Support for OEM software such as Windows XP is limited to problems with the original configuration and is not intended to be free training.

*Warranty does not cover any software issues which include but are not limited to: viruses, spyware, program errors or operating system failures.
